Once we have received your test results, we will schedule an appointment. The pharmacist will review your test results, information and answer any questions you have about your symptoms and hormone replacement therapy.

After your appointment, the pharmacist can then share their recommendations with your provider for the compounded hormone formula that will best fit your needs. If your provider is unaware that you are seeking this type of therapy, we may ask that you contact them before the pharmacists does, so that the process can go as smoothly as possible. If you need a new provider, we can help connect you with one.

Once we receive a prescription from your provider, we will review the prescription, your directions and what to expect.

Due to Impact Compounding customizing your prescription specifically for you, payment is required prior to making your prescription. A staff member will contact you to review the cost of your medication and/or any supplements discussed with the pharmacist. *We do not bill insurance but will be happy to provide a universal claim form upon request.

If you would like to have a staff member review your medication with you in person once it is made, an appointment time can be scheduled.
