Welcome to Impact Compounding

I am so grateful to be a part of the Impact Compounding team. Not only am I part of the clinical team but I am blessed to be one of the owners. I have been a pharmacist since graduating from Ohio Northern University in 1989. After working in both retail and hospital settings, I made my way to a compounding pharmacy in 2000 and trained at the Professional Compounding Centers of America. I became particularly interested in compounded hormone replacement therapy when my own mother had a total hysterectomy for what appeared to be a tumor but was in fact a large ovarian cyst. She was medicated afterward with a manufactured hormone replacement that did not agree with her. We were able to find a compounded and balanced hormone that helped her feel better than she had in years. Since this time, 23 years ago, I have enjoyed working closely with patients and their providers to find answers for their hormone unbalance. I find it to be a very rewarding part of my profession that I am able to help providers find a specific answer for their patients’ medical needs. While I am most fond of the compounded hormone replacement, I do enjoy any opportunity to help a patient and their provider find an answer to a medical condition with a compounded medication. I believe I became a pharmacist to be able to help people. I am thankful for the opportunity to do this rewarding work at Impact Compounding.

Outside of pharmacy life, I enjoy spending time with my loving family, gardening, piano playing, and traveling.

Hello! I am very excited to be joining the Impact Compounding team! Here at Impact, we have the unique opportunity to collaborate with providers to create personalized medication therapy.

I look forward to being able to use my experience to lead to better patient outcomes with their unique and personalized medication.

I graduated from Ohio Northern University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and have been a practicing pharmacist since. However, my pharmacy journey started before then. I began working at the local pharmacy in my hometown while in high school. Here, I witnessed the important role that pharmacists play in the healthcare team and decided that I wanted to make a difference in the same manner. The rest was history. Previously, I worked at an independent community pharmacy that also offered compounding services. However, I decided to focus more on the compounding side which led me to join the Impact team.

Outside of serving our patients here, I enjoy spending time with my husband, and children. Particularly, I enjoy traveling with my family to the beach to escape and relax.

I look forward to assisting all current and future patients with their compounded medications!

I am very excited to be working with a talented team of healthcare professionals at Impact Compounding! We believe that the combined years of experience and knowledge of our staff working in our state-of-the-art compounding lab will position us to provide the highest quality care and customer service to our patients in Tipp City and the surrounding communities. My passion for prescription compounding stems from having the unique ability to collaboratively work with prescribers to meet each individual patient’s needs. Prescription compounding allows for endless, personalized medication treatments, and I am excited to share that with the community.

I completed my compounding technician certification in 2010 but have been working in the pharmacy field since 2004. As my career progressed, I became more involved in the bio-identical hormone replacement (BHRT) division of pharmacy. I began to play a more integral role in the compounding process upon transitioning into a position as BHRT support staff.
To help develop my experience, in 2013 I furthered my education with the Professional Compounding Center of America to gain more in-depth knowledge of the marketing side of prescription compounding. I’ve been working within the compounding department ever since!

Outside of work…I enjoy spending time with my husband, Ben; daughters, Vivian & Vera; and sons, Korbin & Ryer. I love being outside, cooking for my family and friends, watching NFL, traveling and ATV riding.

I am honored to be a part of the specialized group of professionals working at Impact Compounding in our new building and highly developed lab.

After graduating college with a bachelors in biology, I worked in the animal welfare field for multiple years. I was employed in shelters and veterinary offices as a behavioral specialist and veterinary technician. Once I moved from Alabama, I became a certified pharmacy technician in 2018, and specialized in compounded pharmaceuticals in 2019. It was then I developed a true interest and passion for compounded medication for both people and animals.

When not working, I spend most of my time with my husband, Jordan, and my three dogs; Aspen, Kimber, and Milo. I also spend most weekends baking custom cakes for friends and family.

I can’t wait to get started helping each individual customer better themselves and lives through compounded medication therapy.

For the past 17 years, I was the Lead Technician at a local retail pharmacy. In August 2023, the opportunity came open for me to join this talented team! Pharmacy life has been a rewarding adventure, so learning a completely different approach within compounding hasn’t fallen short!

Being very family oriented, during days off I love spending time with my husband, Mike; my boys, Joey & Jayden; pups, Gizmo & Sammi; my momma; and nephews & nieces! Enjoying anything outdoors, movies, NFL, concerts and traveling!

Looking forward to my continued growth in helping people thru compounding medicines!

I am very grateful to be a part of the Impact Compounding team! I became a certified Pharmacy Technician in March of 2018, but had never gotten the chance to learn about compounding until joining this wonderful and talented team. I am excited for the opportunity to expand my knowledge in this field!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Nathan, and our two boys, Noah and Uriah. Being avid sports fans, we love watching our boys compete in XC, track, and baseball. We also love going to football and baseball games together. We are a family of musicians, and all 4 of us are active in our church’s music ministry, and love having family jam sessions!

As an Impact employee, I intend to do my very best to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients!
